So there we were on a wretchedly cold and wet November day, sitting and contemplating our next move...

What were we to do with our 14 years of recruitment experience? Sure, there was the obvious choice to get out of bed, go to work, clock in, make deals, and clock out. There was the pipe dream of winning the National Lottery, which should never be discounted by anyone and is one of those small hopes that keep us all sane from time to time. And, then there was somewhere in between. So we decided to take what we knew, and what we do, and formed our own agency.

We already live and breathe recruitment more importantly, we understand it, and somehow along the way still manage to enjoy it too!
